DESCRIPTION:Perfusion intensification\, cold harvest stabilization\, and inline affinity capture together can more than double lentiviral vector (LVV) recovery while removing steps from the process. FREE to attend. \nCAR-T cell therapies have delivered transformative outcomes for cancer patients who have exhausted other treatment options\, and are increasingly being explored across a wider range of indications. However\, expanding patient access remains challenging. The complexity and cost of CAR-T manufacturing\, spanning both clinical and manufacturing settings\, introduces significant clinical\, operational\, workforce and system-level barriers to delivering these therapies at scale. \nThis FAST-CAR-T consortium workshop brings together experts from healthcare\, industry\, academia and policy to examine these challenges\, with a particular focus on healthcare readiness\, workforce skills and capacity\, systems interoperability\, and the wider enablers required to support effective delivery. \nBuilding on the first FAST-CAR-T workshop\, which explored digital and regulatory innovation in CAR-T manufacturing\, this event shifts the focus to the clinical setting.
