DESCRIPTION:The British Society for Gene and Cell Therapy (BSGCT) Annual Conference continues to be a highlight in the gene and cell therapy calendar\, bringing together researchers\, clinicians\, and industry experts committed to driving progress in the field. \nThe 2026 conference will once again showcase cutting-edge research\, clinical advances\, and the latest innovations shaping the future of gene and cell therapy.\nThis year’s meeting will take place at the award-winning Frederick Douglass Centre at Newcastle University\, a contemporary venue featuring a state-of-the-art lecture theatre\, flexible breakout spaces\, and excellent facilities that foster collaboration and discussion. Perfectly situated in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne\, the Centre is just a short walk from the train station\, hotels\, and the city’s lively restaurants\, cafés\, and cultural attractions. \nBSGCT is excited to be hosting its annual meeting in the Northeast\, an area which has a well-developed and networked scientific and clinical infrastructure\, from bench to bedside\, in advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs) and their enabling technologies.
