capable of delivering cutting-edge Advanced Therapies. This includes supporting the identification of workforce training needs, understanding workforce requirements for delivering Advanced Therapies and facilitating access to training opportunities and resources. We will ensure Welsh representation at UK wide workforce development strategic platforms. We are committed to supporting workforce development to deliver against our future needs and ambitions.
